The concept of the Casa menu is totally a la carte. Cicchetti (small plates/smaller portions) is also a definitive part of the menu, especially in the appetizer section. This allows the tasting of a selection of dishes that lead to the main course. Choice of sauces and accompaniments is a style that encourages a personally designed dining experience.
